Good day yesterday canoeing again down the River Wye with a group of blokes from my Church.We canoed a few weeks back with Raj when he was with us but this was an 18 mile canoe from Hereford to Ballingham in Canadian canoes.
Great fun but very sore this morning. Never anywhere near as fit as I want to be....!
Today we travel down to Burnham on Sea to meet with Andy (my brother) and Ali (his wife) and their son Louie.
