Tina (Rob's wife) and their 3 kids arrive Friday am. They fly in at 3.30am and our leadership training weekend starts on the same day at 10.30am!!!! Good timing eh??It's always been like this as this was the only time we could have the training so everyone knows Friday will be very weird (how are we going to train for the weekend having got up at 3.30am and then have 9 in the house!!!!) but we are all up for it!
Rob and I are in the final throws of the content for the weekend and the corporate day. We have so many resources to give participants we have decided to give them a CD of handouts (plus some on the day). What a great idea but it means sitting for ages burning loads CD's of handouts!! That's another morning gone!
