The month of June is very much going to be a routine month for us with the kind of week we mentioned in the May 6th post. There are a few extras (like I have to take some sessions at another camp this Thursday - just away for the day) but other than that June is 'normal and time to get into some of the routines we need.....
To help us get into some kind of family routine Wednesday (and Saturday) is a clear day off for the family to enjoy whatever comes our way. We kind of feel like we needed a 'treat day' if that makes sense....We spoke to a friend of ours and he suggested we join a club he goes to called the Bits Club . We are off there today but cannot go til about 3.30pm as the Sun is so hot.
The Bits club describes itself as
"It is a special place for the busy people for outdoor activities, pub hopping, dancing or just relaxing by the pool side. The unique fun & frolic relaxation without worries makes the members to love this place".
So 'frolic relaxation' we shall do (!) and as it only cost us £25 for a years membership (even though we are only here for 3 1/2 months) if it's naff we haven't lost a lot. Looks good though and we can takes friends too....
The Bits club says it offers:
- Restaurant with Indian & Chinese cuisine (2000 sqft).
- Banquet hall can accommodate more than 150 people (4000 sqft).
- A health spa with Sauna and Jacuzzi* to unwind and relax you, Multi gym for the fitness.
- Our indoor games involve Snooker, Chess, Carom, Table tennis and Playing cards room for all those card game lovers. (4000 sqft).

Following chats with Raj yesterday, it looks like July will very busy with training (as planned) as a good friend of mine (and leadership/teams trainer) is coming over for 3 weeks (with family) and we have 2 residential weekends line up for business leaders, and leaders of other organisations in Bangalore, Chennai and beyond. We hope to have 50 -60 people and Rob, Raj and I will do the training.
More on this when we have set up the programmes...
