Just a quick note to update you all on how Sarah's doing as of tonight (9th). Sarah is clearly happy to be home and recovering with family rather than the 'sickness ridden' hospital!Had dressings etc off today which revealed the scar - a good 8-10 inches long (25 clips!) - want to know more detail??? I was up for taking a picture of it and uploading it to the blog but Sarah didn't think that was appropriate!!!!!
Sarah has been up and down the stairs a couple of times a day and is still sleeping off the anaesthetic a bit. Been sitting up to table for first day today and other stuff that generally goes to show she' doing better day by day. In fact that's her on the right!!
Still loads of care needed for her and loads of stuff to do with kids (school, clubs etc etc) so I'm enjoying getting to work for a break!!!
